InVance Capital is a global community led by prominent founders (current/exited) and business leaders investing in scale-up businesses alongside some of the best performing VC funds around the world.
We invest in fast-growing companies with at least 50% YoY growth, mainly across AI, Tech, Health and Consumer but we are sector agnostic.
Examples are: High Net Worth, Sophisticated Investors, Accredited Investors, and Professional Investors. Each country has their own criteria which we will require you to complete before investing.
We charge an access fee per deal which equates to a small percentage of your investment, and carried interest which is the equivalent to a performance fee on exit.
Members invest through an FCA regulated platform in to an SPV created and managed on the platform. All due diligence and legal documents are managed within the platform as well as news and updates.
Investors own 100% of their equity invested. For example if (£$€)20,000 is invested and there is an exit at 3x the original investment, the gross return will be (£$€)60,000.
Yes, we host events across Europe, Asia and soon to be the USA. These are invite-only events at exclusive locations which as a member we will invite you to.
The minimum is £2,500.

Whilst we can't guarantee returns due to the nature of the companies we back, all companies are targeting a minimum 3x on capital invested up to over 10x. We currently have portfolio companies on track to achieve this.
